The short version
We don’t ask you for anything. There’s no account to create, no newsletter signup, and no comment form. We collect no personal information directly from you.

When you click an affiliate link, the destination site — Amazon, for example — may set a cookie to record that you arrived from here, so any resulting purchase is credited to us. That cookie is set by them, under their privacy policy, not ours. Amazon’s affiliate cookie lasts 24 hours.
We do not receive your name, address, payment details, or any other personal information from these programmes. We see only aggregate reporting: how many clicks and how many resulting signups.

Server logs
Like any website, our server records standard technical information when a page is requested — IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. This is ordinary web server logging, used to keep the site running and diagnose problems. It is not used to build a profile of you and is not sold or shared.
We do count visitors, using those logs and nothing else. We tally how many distinct addresses requested a page, which pages were read, and which errors people hit, so we know whether anything we write is being read. That counting happens on our own server, from records it already keeps. There is no analytics service involved, no third party receives your data, no cookie is set, and no script runs in your browser to track you. Query strings are not recorded at all.
Cookies we set
None, beyond what WordPress requires to serve the site. We do not run advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
If that changes — for example if we add analytics or display advertising — we will update this page and say so plainly, with the date.
Third parties
The site is served through Cloudflare, which acts as a proxy and may process request data as part of delivering and protecting the site.
Children
This site is aimed at adults making purchasing decisions and is not directed at children under 13.
Your rights
Since we hold essentially no personal data about you, there is usually nothing to request or delete. If you believe we hold information about you and want it removed, email hello@subtrackers.org and we’ll deal with it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we’ll update the date at the top rather than change it quietly.
